No Room for Others
Do you sometimes feel like it takes all your energy, resources, and capacity to just exist? That there’s no room left for how others may be feeling, what they may be going through, their own burdens and struggles, because you’re so busy carrying your own? If you’ve ever experienced that, how do you usually respond? What does it make you think? Make you feel? And what are the Parts of you that consume all your energy? It could be your own lack of generousness, your own pain, or your own memories from hurtful moments. Whatever those Parts are, what would they need to no longer require so much from you? What would need to shift internally for you to create some room, not only for others, but for Parts of yourself too?
